Carolina Land and Timber was started in 1995. We have harvested timber on numerous plantations, farms, and other private tracts. We have also harvested timber for the South Carolina Public Service Authority and the U.S. Forest Service.
Tyler Chaplin
Tyler has been in the timber and wildlife field for over 22 years. He went to Francis Marion University and received a degree in Forestry from Horry-Georgetown Tech. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in South Carolina specializing in land sales and is T.O.P. Logger Certified. He worked for Mead Forest Products for 11 years marking timber, overseeing timber harvesting operations, administering prescribed fires, and managing food plots.
